What a wonderful place. Found it by accident as camped down the road and I was looking for somewhere to give my dogs a good walk. People were lovely and found out a campsite next door which is on my list for next year. Def going back. We'll done lincs cc take out coffee was surprisingly good

Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero! My car broke down on a visit to the park. Unable to get AA assistance for hours and at least a 2 hour wait for a taxi decided I had no alternative but walk home to South Hykeham. I had my dog with me and this was Sunday 14/08/22 it was already 25 degrees so asked at the cafe if they would fill my dogs water bottle before we embarked on the hour and a half walk home. THEY REFUSED, SAYING THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REFILL WATER BOTTLES!! Was told to fill it in the toilets! (Which are far from clean, but that's another issue) In the age of refill and reuse and under the circumstances I thought this was very petty also couldn't tell me which direction to walk to get to swanholme, all in all totally awful

Didn't eat but walked around the park. Lived here all my life never been!!! What a stunning place. Other visitors were friendly loads of well behaved dogs, tame squirrels. Remote control pond yachts beautiful. Loved it.

I go past the cafe very regularly whilst walking my dog, it is outside seating and I have seen lots of folks with motirised scooters, wheelchairs and pushchairs. It only has outside seating but is well sheltered from the wind There is a water bowl for the dogs.

I just love Hartsholme Country park lots of intresting wildlife to see. There is plenty of car parking including 2 dedicated blue badge spaces. When these are in use I can still find somewhere to park. I have stickers asking for people to leave me room for me to get my wheelchair back in to the car and have never had a problem.

Most of the paths are accessible for active wheelchair users and there are lots that accessible for all. It is a shame though due to the current gate that access swan pool lake is not possible.

There is a play area for people to use which dogs are not allowed in. There is also a picinic area which is fenced off and dogs are not allowed in. Plenty of dog poo bins and rubish bins.

Must call in and try the cafe, it always seems to have a lot of people at it depending on the time of day. The toilets next to the cafe I have always found to be very clean.

No parking fee. Additional parking across the road. Met here with friends for a picnic, great halfway point. Toilets etc all good. Lots of varying length walks and cycle rides. Great for dog walkers and children alike, bundles of squirrels, birds etc. Great to be free !!
