The Farmer's Den - Tea Shop

Lovely place usually. Great scones, nice coffee and today I had a brilliant 'winter vegetable' soup. But... I wouldn't bother going until they switch back to proper cups. The paper takeaway cups are a rubbish alternative and also impart a flavour. I don't really see the point of them, everything else is in crockery still.

Very nice tearoom and farm shop

The Leicestershire Enthusiasts branch of the National Autocycle and Cyclemoter Club (NACC) held our 21st anniversary buffet lunch at the Farmers Den tearoom on Sunday 8th May.
We would like to place on record our appreciation for the absolutely excellent food that was served and also attentive and efficient staff that helped towards making our day the success it was.

Local to me and I’m a season ticket holder for the farm, I definitely think we should all support local businesses but come on Stonehurst clean up your act in the cafe!
Tables full of used crockery and food debris, the floor is never swept between customers and the chairs are never wiped over at all 😳 pretty grim! When I asked for the table to be cleaned the lady just swept all the crumbs onto the floor 😬
Considering this is a family run business and is loved by all in the surrounding villages you really need to make more effort with keeping the place clean and tidy.

Lovely little farm shop.
Nice little cafe where you can get freshly baked snacks to eat.
Can get a little noisy if there's a prams and kids.

Lovely spot for a late lunch with indoor seating if all the outdoor tables are taken. Nice food options and great friendly service 👌

Such lovely food, always a friendly service with a smile ,amazing place to visit ,if you havnt been before ,you must you wont be disappointed. X
