Lovely cafe in the arty district of Kendal. Lots of vegan options which is great. Everyone was safely socially distancing outside.

Great little cafe set up very well to do takeaways during lockdown. Very delicious pizza, salad and slices. Staff were friendly and having fun! Will have to return to buy bobble hat. Stay safe ✌🏼

First time going to Joey’s we ordered two pizzas and dough balls. I’d 100% recommend the dough balls. However, one of the pizzas was too spicey for me. I’d also like to see more original toppings on the menu

Pizzas looked and smelled amazing. Dough balls are also a very good shout. I would have liked to see more original pizza toppings on the menu though.

Stopped and got a Caramel Shortbread, Sausage Roll and a smoothie (Can't remember the name of it, it's the top one on the list!)
Literally outstanding and all full of flavour. Smoothie tasted nice and smooth with a great flavour, very very nice.
The shortbread tastes fresh with the right amount of caramel and chocolate!
And the sausage role is literally the best I've ever ever had!!
On top of this, The person who served was very nice and polite, a refreshing customer service experience!
I will be returning!

We visited the Cabin at Hilltop house, we were a little early for our tour so we got a coffee. it was really nice I had tea which was perfect and my boyfriend had coffee he said one of the best ones he's ever had! They had vegan options which we were not expecting but the sausage rolls weren't ready so we did our tour then returned, again these were very testy we were served by a very lovely "lady with blonde hair and glasses" who was really helpful with telling us locations of other Joeys for more sausage rolls and even a couple of other places that had vegan options if we really had to go somewhere else haha! If you see a Joeys stop and try there stuff its yummy

I'm starting to view this place as a rip off. I've tried the expensive veggie pasties which were dry and tasteless. Bought a batch of 5 pizzas and was shocked at how small and skimpy they were. Finally today I bought a salad. Is it really justifiable to charge over £5 for something that's more than 50% salad leaves? 3rd and final purchase I'm afraid. Lots more places in kendal that offer better products and value for money.
