Our first time back to Toast since lockdown and delighted with the experience. Sitting in the beautiful garden was an absolute pleasure. Staff warm and welcoming and extremely helpful guiding me through the online ordering system. Gluten friendly pizza was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely cafe at the end of the bustling High Street. It's a cosy place, with indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly.

The garden is lovely, quaint, cottage-like, surrounded by plants and birdsong. Truly a serene place when the sun is out.

Great menu options, from a cuppa and cake, to a more filling lunch. The vegan options were a considered part of the menu (I felt spoilt for choice) as opposed to a token add on option.

Great friendly service.

We stopped for coffee and ended up having lunch at this lovely place. The well maintained and
mature garden is a wonderful place to eat, and is covered against the elements.
I had what was probably the best jacket potato I had ever eaten. It was large, tasty, and generously filled and served with delicious homemade coleslaw and a good sidesalad.

All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Very nice little place to eat, with a pretty garden area and plenty of inside seating. Loved the table tops made of well worn wood! Nice menu choice, reasonably priced and good sized servings. Friendly efficient service from the serving staff. They also had a tempting array of cakes in a display, but unfortunately the main course didn't leave me room. Oh well a good excuse for a return visit for coffee and cake!

We have stayed for lunch passing by on our way to Cornwall. The food is excellent, so tasty! The stuff are very friendly and lovely. The place is very clean. We had our lunch in the garden area, sitting under the vines. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you! 😋😊

How have I managed to miss this
place previously, whilst travelling through
Honiton. ?
Excellent location on the high street
with the big public carpark at the rear.
Grabbed a table in the covered garden area
with service being quick but not pushy, lovely selection of food, plumped for the full English with an extra slice of TOAST.
Excellent Size portion..
Lovely coffee, and definitely on the
List for a return visit..
Excellent friendly staff...

We wanted somewhere to stop for coffee and a light bite on our 220mile trip from Cornwall to Portsmouth. We found this cafe on the Web which seemed ideal as a half way house. What an absolute fabulous find. The staff were really friendly and greeted us warmly into this clean, cosy and comfy Cafe. The food options were amazing from toast to a full English and a lot more. We opted for bacon and sausage sandwiches on both white and whole meal bread that was so fresh it was still spongy, the fillings were top drawer quality and very generous. The coffees were proper coffee and piping hot. All in all this was just what we wanted and all for about £10 a head, if we lived in Honiton this would be a regular place to visit, friendly, clean, comfy, quality food at affordable prices. Thank you to the staff at “toast” Honiton.

Good choices on menu and the 'specials' board. Portions are a good size. Service was nice and prompt. Can not fault it!
