We came on a sunday afternoon. The food was very good for the price. It was a pleasant place, the staff were friendly and helpful, and even though the breakfast menu was over when we arrived, they were accomodating. The only improvement i would suggest is; the option of free refill soft drinks, even if you have to pay a little extra - it would be nice.

Been coming here a lot of years. Food has improved over the past year and some of the staff and very friendly especially with children. The cooked breakfast is lovely and I really like the chicken burger too.

New staff & management have ruined it. Admittedly a few things have reverted back to better. But new management still don't understand what they are doing or what the customers want/like.
Also the coffee has always been awful but even more since they added the fresh bean machines

Nelson Cafe is very poor. We came five times to eat freshly made fish and chips but couldn't get it. Excuses are strange that it's sold out. You are in a big food store and fish and chips are sold out!! Get them from store to serve customers. Probably won't visit again.

Tasty food but there was ONE Staff member doing everything! Long wait time Todmordon one is better won’t go again

The breakfast was mediocre. Minus the black pudding & the flat mushroom. (But no one told me.) It was first thing in the morning, not busy. The food was not hot. So all in all. Not a good deal. They need to try harder.

Never come back again until staff be change, because bad attitude. Not accept cash, lazy to work harder. I found in my meal black hair ..

Service sloooooowwwwww....and I mean it...it seems that there are only 2 people in the kitchen area so not good enough when more then 1 customer wants to order hot food...was not able to see ANYONE to take our order so we had to use the screen(not the best IMO)...then we waited about 30 min at least to get the "food" sorry but Morrisons have a lot to learn from places like Tesco Cafe 4ex.
