Would highly recommend! Beautiful fresh food and super healthy too! Staff were lovely! Will definitely be back when I’m next up north thanks so much! I had the deli platter, and some cake and coffee at the end which was fab!

My first trip to Planks definitely won't be my last. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful fresh food that is a feast for the eyes as well as the belly. I felt so good inside after munching such delicious, healthy grub. Thank you for making my weekend!

Lovely choice if food, gluten and dairy free options too. Lovely decor made from old reclaimed materials. The shop is wonderful too; furniture made from the reclaimed materials. Definitely worth a browse.

The most insanely delicious food in a lovely, cosy spot. Hidden gem serving lovely brunches and every kind of cake you can think of - all big, homemade and decadent… but my fave is definitely the deli counter. Lots of seasonal veggies and mediterranean bits and bobs - somehow they make kale and carrots taste like the best thing in the world!

Hidden gem! Looks like a construction site when you drive in but hidden away is the most fantastic friendly cafe with absolutely delicious food, they also took time to listen about my kiddo’s allergy and served up delicious dairy free food for them, the hot chocolates were tasty too.

Will definitely revisit!

Planks is a hidden gem with the warmest welcome and truly the most delicious food with a lot of options to suit everyone.
I can’t stress to you enough that if you haven’t been here, you are well and truly missing out!
I never go home empty handed because I can never decide from all of the cakes so I’m always taking (several!) home with me including a deli box for later! - the deli counter is always changed up and has some real flavoursome options to suit everyone! It’s a real delicious lunch and you can choose everything to pack into it.
Coffee is THEE best around and always brewed with lovely chat from the team. Emma is always there keeping everyone happy and you just can’t beat the atmosphere.
