This place is amazing the choice is unreal! The double downs are so tasty 😋 the paninis are perfect everytime with so many fillings there’s enough for every one to like. The kids think they’re in some sort of Heaven with all the sweet treats! Always a warm welcome from friendly staff and service with a smile 😊

Firstly, zero contact to and from this company. They will not answer the company phone line. My food was 45 minutes late. I paid extra for beans which were not delivered. The jacket potato was not thoroughly cooked. The milkshake I purchased was not chocolatey, it just had a hint of chocolate. Definitely the least well spent money in a long time. Certainly not returning. Just Eat did not help me at all. I went to the chat option 3 times and every operator told me they will put me on hold to investigate and then disappeared.

The first time I visited, not long after they opened, I ordered ice cream. This I enjoyed, but then again, they were serving Frederick's so they couldn't go wrong. I recently ordered one of their waffles for collection over the telephone - I literally live less than a thirty second walk away so I arrived when I was told it would be ready and my waffle didn't have far to go.

When I actually had it, I was really disappointed. The texture was off - it felt like they'd reheated it in a microwave. I'm not saying they did, but it was kind of chewy and soggy, not the crispy outside and lighter inside that I've experienced from other dessert places and when I've bought my own from a shop to toast myself. That's what I'll do next time. Asda isn't that far away either.

The hours on various sites for this establishment vary, they're misleading with their excuses for being slow. As for the desserts, they vary from good to mediocre. I enjoy a good dessert, however, as soon as you walk into the store, you can plainly see they've taken everyone else's idea and put it in one store.

Last thing I ordered was a stodgy waffle.

Ordered two breakfast batons this morning paid a total of £13 for two sandwiches that were disgusting. Bacon was full of fat and undercooked eggs were undercooked and the sausages were full of grissle, undercooked and also tasted like they'd been in a deep far fryer. Defintely won't be ordering from here again. Considering it took an hour too arrive I expected much better. Even the brown sauce stunk of vinegar and didn't smell right. If you can't even get the sauce right you know your don't something wrong. Avoid at all cost

These guys never ever fail to provide the hottest food! These guys are literally my number one saviour during COVID, every weekend they bring me my order and every weekend it's better than the last. They arrive to my door in such a cheery attitude and that's why they have my continued support, the lady is always smiling and laughing it's just heart warming. Absolutely love their variety of products!

Honestly First Time Ordering And It Was A Great Experience! Large Portions And Delicious Food. One Thing I Would Suggest Is That You Add Sauces Such As Tomatoe Sauce, Mayonnaise, etc. Definitely Recommend And Will Forward To Others. Also Very Kind Delivery Driver! Thanks.

Awful just awful. Two and a half hour wait for takeout breakfasts for essential workers only to find it cold, uncooked bacon and sour sausages. Utterly appalling will definitely not be ordering again!
