Saturday 23rd Sept we hosted a meal at the Stables for 70 people. Everything was well prepared well served the staff were excellent very polite and quick. I personally thought the carvery was one of the nicest I've had for a very long time. As the organiser of the event I tried to make sure every one present was okay and happy with everything. I had two small complaints both of which I thought were unjustified. Overall excellent.

Came in a couple of days ago with my partner after spending the day walking through the grounds of the park. The café was understandable busy with it being nice weather and the school holidays. We both decided to grab a bite to eat and ordered two pies. Both clearly home-made and tasted very nice. The staff were very rushed off their feet but could still keep a smile on their faces and help the customers. The floors were kept clean as there was a young lady constantly sweeping it. The coffees were good.

Came in last night for a friends wedding. All staff were very helpful and very hands on. We opted for a buffet was very nice and cooked very well, drinks on bar at reasonable prices and bar staff very polite. Food upstairs was very nice and then we came downstairs at night to party and for drinks and a buffet loved it so much well recommended for weddings

Came in yesterday after going into the hall it was very clean and tidy and the perfect place to have a spot of lunch while the kids are at school. We opted to sit on the sofas looking out to the pond and also towneley hall and the views are to die for and the food was divine and also very delicious. Service was excellent and everyone had a smile on their faces. Great place to go.

Went there this morning for breakfast and coffee. Perfect service from stepping through the door to leaving. Warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious hot food served on warm plates. Coffee tasted how it should, (unlike other cafes where it tastes like hot brown water), and very reasonably priced. Would recommend this place to anyone living in or visiting Burnley or Towneley hall. Can't wait to visit again.

Food is nice and what you expect for a small cafe in a park.

Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and bright building with facilities for all customers including babies.

A small range of dairy free products available and they also sell lovely ice cream (not dairy free though)

Fab food, shame about the till service on a Saturday morning. I eat often for brunch on a Saturday with my children, and are always greeted with poor till service, always! Such a wonderful cafe in wonderful grounds.

Only serving takeouts, at this time, but hot/cold drinks and food menu available.
Can get quite busy, but always worth a latte and a portion of chips, then relaxing on one of the many 'memory' benches around the Hall.
Reasonably priced, cash and card payment option.
Staff are friendly.
