Tesco Cafe

Came in this morning and ordered a Bacon on bread to go, as usual, when I get home, I find that I have been given sausage and cremated ones at that. Tried to ring but due to unforeseen circumstances etc, etc. Definitely not happy.

Service from the lady was great but I don’t think the cafe is managed sufficiently. C’mon they burnt my sausages, that was all I was looking forward to. Menu looked over the top, trying to look posh. Need to keep it simple and easier to the eye with a simple menu and need more variety. Its Tesco’s, obviously your customers are going to be cautious about price. Nothing to fancy please, its not a Waitrose, especially when you only serve very simple quality basic Tesco food ingredients.

3.17 pm Sunday and the cafe had chairs preventing you enter. Had to demand service as not 3.30 yet and only wanted a drink. Hot chocolate tasted only of milk. Tables filthy. I know it was closing but I guess it’s always like that.

Travel once a week from Liverpool as we r both disabled. Lovely clean cafe, food is great, service to table great and ALL the staff are fantastic, THANK YOU TESCOS BLACKPOOL MERESIDE...

Customers were coming in after us finishing and going. Finally we asked where ours was. No apology just brought it out. Cold except the toast. Disappointed.

Prices in cafe all gone up as you would expect

Plenty of staff but more interested in chatting to each other than working

Poor food. Poor prices. Poor service

Friendly staff and good food. Very clean and well run. Just wish they were open a little later for after shopping around tea time

My husband , mother and I enjoyed delicious freshly cooked lunches here today. It was extremely busy, but the staff were wonderful at arranging safe seating for everyone who was waiting. A 5 star restaurant could not have done better with service or with food.
