Recent store rearrangements have left customers confused, perhaps,!!. car parking good, with outside store parking, plus underground parking, This leads straight into the store, ideal when weather bad,a dozen blue badge bay's plus more outside . A cafe' holding in excess of 150 customers serving hot food all day , and now a new Barista coffee bar serving limited hot food ie bacon sandwiches etc, with room for 30 customers, and with excellent serving staff . Bakery, deli, and and freshly cooked food available in store. All product's sold are up to the usual Morrisons standards. Why go elsewhere

I have eaten here on several occasions. The cafe is quite big, well priced and the food really good and fresh. The only downside is that if it is very busy you might have to wait up to half an hour for your meal. It hasn't happened very often, but it is still worth going here. The staff are very polite and friendly and provide a great service

2 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon and advised there was an hours wait on a childs penne bolognese!!!!! Apparently due to them being short staffed - not sure how many staff it takes to put a bowl in a microwave for 2 mins?????
Staff all but lifeless and the poor lady on the till having to deal with complaint after complaint.
This is a regular occurrence at this Morrisons. They've just spend thousands refurbishing the cafe and store - waste of time when you give your customers such terrible service !!

Tried the Christmas turkey (with all the trimmings) on Sunday. The turkey was of a reconstructed gammon-like block, smelling slightly suspect, it tasted like washing-up water. The brussels sprouts were rubbery and the carrots (passed through the chipper) uncooked. The rest was fine (empty vol-au-vent, two balls of filling, green peas, mashed potatoes and baked potatoes). I was served in 10 minutes.

I’m sorry to say this will be our final visit to Morrisons Cafe on Amwell Street EN11. Just too many issues which can easily be resolved with better management and a little attention to detail.

Self service screen out of order… we order at the till with a gentleman who quickly and abruptly informs us the toaster is broken! But we can have fried slice it bread and butter which we accept.

The server is a nice man but clearly lacks training in customer service skill.

We eventually pay and move over to the tea/coffee station where it is littered with plastic wrapping and discarded paper towels. There are no serviettes just a kitchen roll.

Breakfast arrives in good time but is missing the buttered bread, our nice friend who served us informed us we didn’t ask for it, but we had because of the whole broken toaster issue! He came back with a slice of butter bread.

Breakfast is barely warm but is well presented. We eat quickly so to benefit from the quickly evaporating heat.

The sign says please leave your trays here but as our breakfast arrived in hand we left our plates and departed… never to return!

Wetherspoons also do a breakfast so we will try there next time.

Waited nearly half an hour for our breakfast, poor quality and staff were rude. Would not come back

Slow slow service, 30 minutes plus for a toasted cheese sandwich when they were not busy. Clearly short of staff.

We prefer Brew at the other end of the store but this was closed due to... yes shortage of staff.

Management don't seem to care!

Amazingly cheap prices. You get what you pay for basically. I really enjoy sitting by the window watching the world go by
