This place has the best Rum Truffle and Almond Croissant that I've ever had! The Almost Croissant was baked to perfection, was flaky without being overdone and had the most wonderful filling inside. The Rum Truffle was rich and sinful but oh so tasty! Washed it down with a lovely cup of iced mint tea.
In short, visiting Fitzbillies is the perfect pit stop when you're ambling about Cambridge in the afternoon/evenings.

Yum! Went for the desserts and iced latte and they did not disappoint. My son already ripped off the chocolate mouse’s ear in the photo - anyway, it was red velvet chocolate and absolutely delicious! The Chelsea bun was amazing! And he loved his raspberry sundae! This is a great place to have a rest, take a break from the hustle and bustle, grab a dessert or two, and an iced latte on a warm day. Brilliant atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service. Definitely recommend!

The desserts in Fitzbillies is really really great!
At first ,I got a carrot cupcake and a red velvet cupcake.
After,I went to a souvenirs shop, they told me that Fitzbillies is the best desserts shop in Cambridge! And I should give Chelsea bun a try.
So I went to and bought a Chelsea bun.
It’s really good! I really have a great experience in Fitzbillies!
I will definitely come back to visit Fitzbillies!

This place is really famous for their Chelsea buns. Ours was tasty, but just a bit stale.
I had cream tea and enjoyed the Assam tea. The clotted cream and marmelade where delicious
The scone had a very bread roll like texture and had not the typical scone texture I enjoy.

My friend brought me here in the Summer as it my first visit to Cambridge and I was reliably informed that this was the best cafe to be at. Fitzbillies has an expansive range of bakery items if Chelsea buns aren't for you. I ordered a delicious orange brownie and a cappuccino.

Visit in a Sunday afternoon, the cafe is quite full. We waited for around 3 minutes before getting a seat.

The egg Royal is basic and not impressive.
The savory tart (goat cheese, tomato, rocket and caramelize red onion) is really amazing!!!! The salad that comes with it is mediocre.
Chelsea bun comes cold, hard, and doesn’t taste very fresh. It’s been overrated. It would be nicer is the bun can be pre-heat again before serving.

Nipped in for a famous Chelsea bun, latte and tea. Cost £10 to have inside. The table was filthy and we ended up clearing it ourselves rather than sit with the mess, and my tea mug had someone else's lipstick on it!

The bun was nice enough, but not huge for the money.

The atmosphere was pleasant, no being rushed out, but there were no toilets in this building (maybe in the dine-in side where you purchased brunch etc which was next door).

Did this for the historical experience, but not sure I'd rush to visit again.

Absolutely delightful! So quaint and cute! Visited the shop which had a good selection of pastries and gifts! Purchased a few items and a gift box and am very impressed with them! The Chelsea Buns are also so delicious! Then, popped to the café next door for a coffee which was great too! Highly recommend!
