Lovely place, lovely food and great people - the host who greeted us was super friendly, helpful and nice, and the food is not only really good quality, but good value. A lovely setting by the canal watching the world go by with friends, food and coffee. What more could you want?

One of my favourite places ever. A host of live music, poetry, open mic nights are definitely worth a visit. Check out their calendar for upcoming events. I recommend choosing something you wouldn’t normally go to and go and experience something different - you’ll love this place.

The food and drink here is simply superb - better than high end gastro pubs. Wonderful setting by the canal and fantastic staff.

Very tasty coffee and very friendly staff.

A very tasty breakfast. I had eggs Benedict with ham, large portions! Quirky upcycled venue. Lots of seating outside.

Limited parking on site but better to walk to.

Looking forward to visit for some live music.

A hidden gem. Tucked away, right on the grand Union canal, this beautiful eatery and coffee house is independently run. It's food, and coffee is hearty, healthy and homemade. Well the cakes aren't healthy, but they are cakes, and they are immense! Big portions for brekkie too, and just a great alfresco spot to meet mates, pause on your canal walk, or go and work with your laptop for a few hours. Loved it and so did my doggy. He got free dog biscuits from the welcoming and warm team.

We just went walk in. It was beautiful sunny Sat afternoon, so table was fully booked. Some how we managed get the table outside. They have car parking space. 😉 we ordered mushrooms cream with English muffin as starter. Seafood linguine, chicken with truffle oil gravy. All good very fresh!!! And delicious 😋 All of the food is savory and we really had a great time. Drink 🍺 my husband had a pint of Peroni and I had cucumber 🥒 tonic water. Total we spent around £50 staff are generally friendly 🙃🙂
