The Mole Hut is one of those roadside snack bars, but don't be deceived by it's appearance. Their speciality is burgers, but they're not the usual, cheap rubbish found in many of these places. Instead, you are served a gourmet, 6oz burger made from prime meat. The bread roll is decent quality, and the salad garnish and sauces make these burgers a delight.
For something different, try the lamb burger. You won't regret it.
Prices are reasonable for the size and quality you get.

While doing a temporary job at a nearby organisation I usually take lunch as I initially thought that there were no shops or eateries within walking distance. Though one day I was in a hurry and forgot to bring some lunch. Nevertheless, a colleague told me about a burger van which I thought would be a typical run-down stall with just economy burgers and some onions. I was wrong, the burger I paid a fair price for was mouth-watering and delicious. The burger was juicy and tender. I noticed that there were other options on the menu which were not typically available at ordinary burger vans. The Mole Hut is unique! I look forward to going there again soon.

Amazing little find!! Food here is much higher standard than an average burger van and presented well with a little outdoor seating area. I had the olympus burger (minted lamb burger with tzatziki and salad) with a side of black pudding and fried onions. They have an excellent selection of themed burgers along with a massive selection of sandwiches too.
hopefully I will definitely be visiting this place often and trying other things on the menu. Definitely worthy of 5-stars
