Proudfoot is a very unique and excellent non-alcoholic beverage shop. I have been their a number of times now and every time has been amazing! I love the drinks and the atmosphere of the shop. I highly recommend!

Could not make up my mind so settled for both. What a gastronomical experience! Each one had such strong yet subtle flavours at the same time. The Woodmans Syrup is packed with flavour and turns any dessert into an experience that has you wanting more. The owner was so informative. Explaining from the foraging to the final product. Staff are delightful. Highly recommended when you are in Winchester. You will not be disappointed.

Proudfoot & Co we applaud you! Customer service here is top notch; welcoming and genuine. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sustainability, local ingredients, foraging, food history and food science! The young man that works here is an excellent host and also really knowledgable on the ingredients and food history. Its a great experience drinking here and it's a breath of fresh air to have a place that serves interesting, well thought out, non alcoholic beverages with a genuine sustainability ethos at its core. I love the decor and appreciate the thought that has gone into every aspect of this place. The fig cream soda and that fennel biscuit are heaven! The drinks and sweet treats are a feast for the taste buds and that's why Dan and I always come here when we visit Winchester.

Amazing service, great drinks and on the whole was a unique experience. I was not expecting the great welcome and the hospitality we got. The person serving us looked after us with real pleasure and made us feel very special. The explanation of the drinks, what you do was very good, the drinks were also very good. What also stand out for me was that when we arrived we were all wet from the rain, it was quiet night in the bar and straight away the heating was put on :) ... really special touch to keep us warm and dry. HUGE THANK YOU ❤️ oh almost forgot we had our 2 small dogs with us, which was not a problem at all and were very well looked after as well.

This was not just a place to go for a drink, it was a complete experience. We were nervous to go in at first because we weren't quite sure what to expect, but once we crossed the threshold our lovely server, Oliver, made us feel right at home. I could write a whole article on what a unique and interesting time we had at Proudfoot & Co., but I would far rather encourage people to go along and see (and taste) it for themselves! A must do if visiting Winchester.

Such an amazing place! We have visited twice now and both times have absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really take the time to explain what happens behind the scenes and were happy to answer all our questions. We were shown some of the lovely books which a couple of the recipes come from which was really exciting. The drinks are incredible and we can't wait to try more! The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere which makes it even better.

Thank you, we can't wait to come back :)

Absolutely delicious drinks, polite and knowledgeable team, the atmosphere is ambient, with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. The interior is beautifully designed. Quiet jazz music playing. It's definitely an experience, not just a cafe. I'd recommend the drink with the 5-year old maple syrup and coffee. I can't believe how much I loved this place, we're definitely going back!

The best place in Winchester for a beverage. The sheer level of care, expertise and intrigue this place provides is astronomical for the price.
The historical references for everything that is made is even more impressive, in addition to the fact that so much is foraged within a short drive’s radius of the shop! A hidden gem!
