Made a detour off M25 for a country coffee on route to the Midlands from London. More a take away venue than a cafe, though there is seating.

Grab your coffee cup & fill it here with a fresh cappuccino & choose from fresh bakes or cooked breakfast, then enjoy a stroll next to the pretty canal.

It helped that it was a beautiful sunny day.

The staff very kindly catered for vegan options. Had a delicious breakfast with a cheeky side order of chips. Highly recommended.

Nice to be Riverside when you are having a bite to eat and a drink. Ordering was mixed, food and basic drinks all easy but we queued for ages for a second cold drink (the weather was very sunny) and after a long wait told there was no ice, so perhaps communication of product availability not the best.
There is an under cover area and a small area of seating inside too to cater for all weather. Ordered a panini which was as expected.
Wonderfully dog friendly, there is even the ability to order your four legged friend a snack and a drink which was an amazing touch.

A no-nonsense little cafe on the Lee River in Broxbourne. A nice stop for a hot drink and a quick refuel. Catering to walkers, cyclists and especially dog walkers. Mostly comprising outdoor space, partly covered by a marquee. There is a small space indoors. There is dog and duck food available, and a small selection of recreational equipment such as balls.

Lovely to have this small cafe by river . We went there after a long walk along the river, just wanted a coffee, but on seeing crumpets with butter and jam decided to try them as well . They sell lots of different food items and ice reams. The tables and chairs are spotless, they also have a small part undercover as not everyone wants to sit in sun and also very good incase of rain. Will definitely go back .

Friendly well established cafe on the edge of Lea Valley Park in Broxbourne. Some indoor seating, some covered seating and some properly outside seating. Good range of cafe type food I had a Latte and Bacon Sandwich last time I was there, all very enjoyable. A nice spot to sit and unwind or relax after a walk in the park.

Excellent food and service, lovely laid back atmosphere, able to sit indoors or out and benches near by for takeaways. Highly recommend for quality food at a very reasonable price. Dog friendly with menu for pooches!! Will be back asap. Thank you

Its one of my favourites, I just love sitting here and watching the world go by.
If you have a couple of chairs or blanket take them along as the picnic benches (which are covered at the moment) get busy.
There's nearly always a queue but it soon goes down, lots of choice and the food prepared fresh for you ... Great coffee too always a bonus.
It's a great area to explore as well, close to the canal network It's the perfect place to start or finish, it can get busy but all the best places do !
