The staff are always friendly and great for a quick chat when they aren't too busy. The coffee here is pretty good and comes in all the forms you would usually expect, including iced coffee which is awesome. Yes it gets busy at lunch time but that is because it is so popular. There is always a massive selection of fresh sandwiches and a different hot meal (veggie option as well). The actual cafe is a lovely, bright and airy space with plenty of plug sockets to work with a laptop

One can basically find everything here for lunch. From cocked food, to sandwiches and salads. It would upgrade the place if it was also possible to acquire fresh salads.

Nice location with good views and selection of drinks and food. Has a fresh menu every day and staple food options such as sandwiches and jacket potatoes. Has a selection of cold drinks and snacks like yoghurts or chocolate bars. Staff are quite friendly and they have a loyalty card offer on your 12th drink. Nice place to meet with friends or take a break from work.

Was a bit busy when we went for lunch but everyone was super friendly. The menu is quite fusion and diverse too. We ordered mocktail Piña Colada but ended up with cocktail Pina Colada, so probably it is a good idea to double check when the names are so similar.. was not a big problem for us but could be inconvenient for others..

Great place to grab a bite. Not very cheap talking into consideration that the menu is fixed and the main target is not the general public but the students and university staff. Now the views from the windows and the architecture are stunning.

It's OK. It's got good coffee and public toilets. Seems clean. Muffins are nice. Especially the apple and cinnamon. Shame they never seem to have it in stick these days!

It's wonderful place for lunch. The coffee is splendid and environment to sit on stream following below sitting of cafe is fantastic. This is nice place to have a gupshup (chitchat) with friends over different topics.

The staff is very friendly, coffees and croissants are decent, but this place is better avoided for warm meals.

The regular food at West Cafe is just a touch better than in-flight meals with Ryanair. Hot meals are pre-made centrally and warmed up in advance. You get a choice between either a vegetarian or meat-based main with the meat typically being low quality pork or chicken. Sandwiches are uninspired, with bland white bread and varying combinations of industrial cheese and ham.
