Lovely food and coffee, polite staff and good parking

Always go to Kathy's when it is open, the staff are friendly and welcoming, it is clean and the food is hot and delicious. During lockdown we have ordered breakfast and it does not disappoint. It has always arrived early and hot, everything is wrapped well so there is no leaking. This is definitely something we will be doing regularly

Lovely food but it was really cold inside ended up eating with my coat on. Will come back but when weather is warmer

Good value and the food is cooked lovely menu was a bit limited for vegetarian but fair portions I enjoyed the visit

Well me my husband wanted to try for long time so on Friday we did we ordered mug of tea and mug coffee but I could see incase not in mug (cup) small so husband said just pour it in the mug?? and when got it only half a mug, ??witch took the young boy for ever to do? so we just drunk our drinks and left we had nought to eat and my husband has diabetes.?? SO TO SAY THAT WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.??1👎👎👎

Small cafe found as we were in the area, nice coffee, decided on a late breakfast early lunch. Glad we did as food was cokked well and of decent quality. We would definitely go again if we were in the area

I used to love this place and although the food was good, sadly it's not quite what it used to be! We visited on a Friday morning and it was empty. I was surprised that the tables were quite dirty with bits of food, salt etc, and the floor was really bad! There were no other customers but there obviously had been before us! A bit concerning considering the covid situation and the need for more thorough cleaning atm. There used to be lovely looking cakes on display (covered) but sadly this time only a few bits of brownie that were on plastic trays and nothing covering them too! I understand that things are difficult in this current climate, but I was really quite disappointed. Maybe with the opening of the new venture in lee on solent the focus has shifted temporarily? I hope so as I really did love it before and brought many friends and family there!
