This place is great, you are made to feel welcome from the moment you go in. There is plenty of seating available both inside and outside which does not make you feel like you're sat to close to others. The food and drink selection caters for everyone. Over all I'd highly recommend this place

Food is good and lots of space, but the visit was let down by unfriendly (very young) staff who didn't seem to want to be there. I ordered Earl Grey tea but got normal tea and when I sent it back, the young girl tutted and rolled her eyes. It was replaced by another pot of normal tea.

Not sure what to make of this place. Was a regular user in the Chelmsford cafe. Staff are very friendly so cannot fault them. Food is nice but need to be better labelled in terms of ingredients. Drinks are nice. Just feel it's missing something. Worthy of a look in though.

Fast service, polite staff, tasty light muffin and good coffee. Backing music enjoyable not bland, but a tad loud when the shop is not busy. A good experience.

The coffee was ok/average but won't be returning or recommending, seemed to be staffed by teenagers, didn't listen at all to our requests, the chap had the look of coming down from a drug trip, not good and definitely wasn't fully there. The Bacon sandwich was re-heated re-heated from who knows when with rind included. All a bit student/greasy Joes . .

Love the coffee and cakes and croissant. Very friendly staff. Location is brilliant and the ambience is fantastic. You can sit outside but plenty of space inside. Pancakes look awesome never tried though
