Went in for first and last time today! Ordered breakfast waffles plus other things came to 60 quid for 6 of us, breakfast waffles came out stone cold so sent them back 20 mins later got them back not much better £8.50 for these breakfast waffles they consited of 2 bacon, 4 cocktail sausages 1 egg and literally a table spoon of beans. Took for ever for the other items to come. Only half decent things were the drinks!!!!

Terrible! First time me and my family had been in this placed, wont be returning. All the staff were very rude and abrupt. The cookie dough that we ordered was soft around the edges and rock hard in the middle. We sat inside and had everything brought to us in takeaway boxes/cup's whereas other customers had the right cutlery etc. Wasn't even that busy and they seemed like all was to much for them, dread to think what it would be like on a busy day.

Gelato Artists! My husband and I came in today, as it was super hot in Chelmsford and perfect weather for a cold treat. I had a hazelnut and pistachio cone. He had a hazelnut and salted caramel cone. Jesus Christ, were they good! The flavour itself in each scoop was unreal. When you tend to have nutty ice creams, it's usually some chopped nuts through a vanilla ice cream. These tasted like the actual nuts had been made into a paste, that then got blended into the ice cream. Without a doubt, highlight of the day. And the best part is they make all their gelato in store! For sure coming back and bringing everyone that visits. Will probs go for a tropical blend like passion fruit and mango.

Delicious vegan chocolate ice cream, super rich a good portion size! Lovely lady serving too. Have also tried their sorbets and me and the boyfriend come here on a regular. Would highly reccomend !!!

Interesting concept, but it needs to come a long way. It's very cheap but it'd do better to increase the cost and quality at the same time. Coffee is okay but the food is unfortunately not good. Somehow burnt and raw cookie dough, and the canolli just tastes like sugar. If you can afford to, I recommend quinnies for desserts instead.

Won't be back, rude staff waited ages for 2 drinks & 2 muffins, did not get eat out to help out discount even though we went in Tuesday as we were sitting outside, but did not get it to take away we got it in takeaway cups & boxes, cleanliness not great, cups & boxes were all over the ground outside, no one came to clean them the whole time we were there, I'll stick to Kaspa's.

Came in for Gelato on a lovely hot day, great variety of flavours and so tasty! Portions are generous and they have a fabulous menu of waffles etc besides! We were tempted by the cannoli, but decided to come back for them another time as they look delicious!
