One of my favourite brunch place in East London/Brick Lane! I’ve literally been eating there for years. Franze & Evans offer a great variety of brunch plates in a very relaxed/family-style environment. If you’re a fish and meat lover, you must try the Trecolore! Absolutely delicious. Pastry lovers, this is also the place for you.

Really delicious vegan food - had the salads and also the gnocchi with pesto and roasted butternut squash. Definitely recommend.

So impressed by the guy who runs the show! He cant stop working in the best possible speed and the food was really good.
The wine
Was ok.
The acoustics is not the best.
The music is nice pop-jazz-chill.

The food came very quickly, it was a bit too much lime for me personally on my avocado that it overpowered any other flavours. It was quite busy, so the other food must be nice. I paid £12 they charge £3 for the poached eggs I personally don't think it is worth it, but given the area the pricing to be expected. They do have different kinds of salad which looked really tasty and they have a wide range of drinks such as tumeric latte and beetroot latte. I think its a nice place to have a catch up with friends and some food

Stumbled upon this place while walking around Shoreditch one Monday afternoon - had a latte with almond milk, avocado toast with a poached egg and homemade scotch bonnet pepper. I tend to be a bit particular with avocado toast mainly because of the bread but this was the perfect slice. Such a cute neighborhood spot with the friendliest of staff.

This is one of the most delicious breakfasts I have ever had. Really civilised, calm, clean, uncluttered stylish cafe. The baked feta with chilli and avocado was sublime. Great coffee. Divine french toast with cherries, banana and maple syrup. Would highly recommend.

Really great place for lunch or a casual dinner.

Place is nicely decorated with an edgy romantic twist with dark paint, cheque floors and chandeliers.

Came here for a late lunch and had a very friendly woman inform that the kitchen was closed but there was some salad from lunch menu. Salad was good quality with French ingredients. Had also a matcha latte and salted caramel banana bread. Both really good! Banana bread was perfectly moist and fresh with lovely cream cheese caramel frosting. Not sickly sweet.

Highly recommend this place for a casual brunch or dinner. Will be in to try other cakes! 😍
