I search on google before I come here to visit Warwick Castle.I saw this cafe was quite cheap and nice. You can have a relaxing afternoon here. Waitress are helpful and patient. I use to try a lot of cafe's breakfast because I like them. This cafe's breakfast was perfect, not too salty on the sausages and bacon. Around 12pm there were a lot of customers come in to have lunch, try to avoid this period so you can have a more time eating the food slowly.

We had a lovely omelette n chips. It was so fluffy and well made. I had the Double full works burger with onion rings and cheese n bacon. All really nice quality food very well done and presented. It’s a nice cafe, not too expensive with a classic English style.

We came here yesterday for breakfast.
We both had the breakfast omelette, mine with chips and my husband had jacket potato.

We both had an espresso.

The food was delicious, perfectly cooked and fluffy.

The prices were very reasonable too! £5.95 each which was a bargain.

Love the tuckery. We eat there every time we're in warwick. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food is always lovely. I had the chicken and leek pie with chips, with real old school veg : cauliflower, cabbage, carrots and peas. The chips were cooked to perfection, not the anaemic things you get in other places, the pie had lots of chicken in it and the gravy was plentiful and tasty, perfect. All for under £6.

I had an excellent 'loaded potatoes' with vegetable chilli. The potatoes had a nice crispy pie-like texture. Would get again, gave a tip.

Cheap and cheerful. A menu that seems to do everything and probably nothing very well. Pretty terrible dry salmon and weak tea, but good chips and salad today.

📍The Tuckery Café

1. Great English Breakfast (£3.95)- Two slices of bacon, tomato, one egg, sausage and fried bread
2. Pork & Stuffing Roll (£3.50)

Verdict: A homely cafe centrally located in the town centre of Warwick which serves traditional homemade food at affordable prices. They serve a vast variety of light bites, main meals and drinks which cater for palates of all sorts. It’s famous among the elderly due to the traditional food served here, which satisfy the taste buds of the old people around town, and mainly because one is able to leave the cafe with a full stomach without burning a hole in their pocket. The English breakfast set was a hearty, hefty breakfast plate which was satisfactory for the price. A tiny complain would be that the bacon was too fatty (would prefer a lean / meatier cut) and the fried bread was soaked in oil 😔

The biggest surprise was the pork & stuffing roll. I ordered this dish expecting a porchetta but in reality I got a bap🐷🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess I misinterpreted the menu so I was rather disappointed when it arrived. However, the thick cuts of pork belly which were smothered in savoury brown sauce and sandwiched between a fluffy bun topped with flour was a game changer - Dirty, drippy and decadent 🤤 I found the pork a little too chunky and hard to chew on, but thankfully the mash helped to balance out the overly porky sensation. The hint of sweetness from the sauce also worked superbly with the natural porky flavour of the cut. Overall, it was a simple and hearty brunch ❤️
