I have to say that this is a fantastic local cafe, I go every week to collect our companies breakfast and we have been doing so for a while now.

The quality of the food is great and the service is fantastic.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a truly great breakfast and with the lovely ladies who are always smiling.

SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED with this breakfast! My colleague picked breakfast up for us so didn’t open it until we were at work and not there to sort it out.

MISSING FOOD - I was supposed to have 2 hash browns but they were missed off my order. I was also given cooked tomatoes I didn’t order and utterly despise.

CUSTOMER SERVICE what customer service? I phoned to complain about the missing hash browns and the person who answered was rude and clearly didn’t care. Offered me to go there and pick up hash browns at least but having wasted time with their excuse for breakfast already I didn’t have time to get them.

Would have been decent to offer the hash browns for the next time I went there - at least I might have had reason to go again in that case!

POOR QUALITY FOOD - the fried toast was more like stale bread soaked in oil - stiff and disgusting to the point I couldn’t finish them.

Rest of food was serviceable but frankly boring. Overall it tasted like someone forgot that salt was invented.

SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED ...... that I can't eat here all day every day!! I first visited here a few weeks ago and immediately recommended to both a friend and a colleague, AND NOW MOST OF THE OFFICE ENJOY BRILLIANT BREAKFASTS, on what has become known as the Friday Breakfast club, why did i recommend it? .......

BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Friendly & helpful service, i had forgotten my padlock for my bicycle and they were more than happy for me to leave my bicycle in the cafe, (going the extra mile to accommodate my needs) friendly service, I also noticed that the cook on duty, after cooking a huge order of bacon sandwiches, AGAIN went the extra mile and took them to an adjacent business rather than just expecting them to come to the shop and collect.

FAB TASTING FOOD: the breakfast I and my friends who joined me for a business breakfast all remarked on what a great value and tasty breakfast it was, as a result I have gone on to recommend this local and friendly business.

MISSING ITEMS: Thankfully missing from our experience , there were no unexpected police car flying through the wall (Experienced by Macs cafe in Kemp Town, Brighton) and thankfully the food order was missing out of date or boring or non-tasty food, also i was pleased to note that the menu was missing: sheep's testicles, Kangaroo penis and all other items as featured on I'm a celebrity.

SUMMARY: I continue to recommend this cafe for all the above reasons and in addition great value for money, One of my favourite features, as someone who is in a few breakfast clubs with mates, is that it is one of a few, if not the only cafe open before 8am which makes early morning meet ups possible. Great place, great food, great service, worth a visit.

Get my lunch here everyday. The delicious cake is responsible for me not fitting in size 8 jeans. Highly recommend.

All round good. Clean, nice staff, good food, low prices and serves breakfast until 1:30pm (half hour before it closes (2pm)).
Would recommend
