Over priced for the quality of the food, fried tomato with my English breakfast, was partly raw, egg was snotty, I've had better breakfasts from roadside cafe's,
My other half had salmon with eggs Benedict and is allergic to onion, and it turned up with onions on top, did not say this in the menu, nor advised when ordering, we won't be going here again.
We was charged £25, for a small breakfast,
Salmon with eggs Benedict, 2extra hash browns at 80p each a cappuccino, and a small black coffee,

Best coffee I've had outside of Italy (I live there)..I like to search out independent cafes with a proper coffee machine. Chain coffee is a big no from me and coffee at Madeline's is even cheaper...Whats not to like :)

Had a great latte and apple cake here today. My husband ordered a flat white, which was massive and more like a Latte, but is only a minor complaint. Will keep coming back for the cakes!!

Looks great from the outside. Worst breakfast I've had in AGES ...especially at almost £30 for two. Makes you realise how well Wetherspoons do it. Surly staff I don't know what was going on with them but they faces like granite, zero eye contact and huge delays after you speak ...like a comedy-act of poor service. I could deal with that if the food was ok but the coffee was cold, weak and insipid, and when we asked for an extra shot the attitude was unbelieve almost comic ,then argumentative- then the food arrived , after a very considerable delay, cold. Hard boiled poached eggs... all 4 eggs... and the guy at the next table left most if his breakfast which had also been served cold.

Staff friendly and nice cafe. But the food is overpriced for what you get, also it was tasteless. I had scrambled egg and mushrooms on a piece of toast. Cappuccino was nice.

Really nice place with great food, quite a lot of which is Eastern European, I had pierogi, and they were yummy. Hash browns are really nice as well, they are known as draniki (potato pancakes). Generous portions, good prices.
