Very cute store. Great for gifts - it seems be wrapped well in the tin so you can ship it / take it on a flight. The biscuits are not just cute, but buttery and tasty too. Some gluten free biscuits were available at the counter. Cafe was less crowded than other cafes on the street, but it looked nice.

Loveliest place for coffee and pastries in the area! Dollhouse vibe, many customers under 10 years old. Not as noisy as you'd expect and not as crowded as other coffee shops around.

I was on the hunt for a non-dairy cake and not only did Biscuiteers have one, but a few vegan cake options to choose from! Thank you to the amazing team who stepped in with advice and signed me up for an account to access treats as a result of my purchase.

One of those places where I wished I could be a child again and have hot chocolate with marshmallows whilst decorating biscuits with icing. That was what four little girls were doing, giggling and having the time of their lives while mum savoured a glass a Prosecco. I enjoyed a mocha, nothing fancy but still good and warm, surrounded by biscuits of all colours and sizes.
You can try them on the shop, or take home, to offer someone or maybe from you to you. A welcoming and cozy shop, with friendly and helpful staff.

Booked a week in advance for DIY biscuit icing and ticked the option for vegan, also called up to ensure a vegan option. On arrival they said the icing was not vegan and offered my plain biscuits to eat, stated I would rather my money back twice however they instead gave me a packet of 3 small already iced biscuits to eat from there shop.
Would have understood if I have not called a week before to confirm and don't think they should put a vegan option for DIY icing if that is not an option at I paid £18 for an experience I didnt get and they wouldnt give me my money back.

The staff was kind and helpful, however we needed a last minute cake as our cake delivery did not arrive for our birthdays... So we went down to Biscuiteeres to buy one. At home we were very upset as the cake was very old, hard came apart by the layering and didn't taste good at all. it was a disgusting chocholate cake that we did not enjoy at all. Throw out £35 and ruined our birthdays... The sponge was very hardly done, cream tasteless and hard ish, It was not fress at all! Buy cakes at Caffee Concerto they make lovely soft creamy cakes with a real taste! Very Disappointing experience, never again rather a cheap cake from. a supermarket!
