Really good cafe with many freshly made sweets and coffee. I got the cake with cinnamon and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was alright, but the cinnamon cake was very good. Many seats are available if you wanna sit in. The staff are friendly. Clean toilets are available too.

Nice place, terrible coffee.

Had a black americano that can only be described as weak. I imagine it started life as a single shot watered down with a gallon of water and then poured into a cup.

Pastries and sandwiches available here and service was nice enough. Didn’t try food on this occasion, but based on the coffee it might be a while until I do.

Cinnamon cake is so delicious. Almond pastry is not good at all.
Unfortunately their coffee especially the black coffee is terrible! Does not have the taste of a real coffee !!

المكان رائع
The place is nice, but the workers work according to their whims. One gives you a plate for local orders, and the other refuses to order takeaway.

Great hot chocolate.
Try "the social". It's a cinnamon roll with cream filling and chocolate drizzles. It should offend my Scandinavian sensibilities with its over the top combination. But it doesn't. It's fantastic. The vegan version is even better.
It's not a cozy place. Come for the pastries. Not the ambiance.

A bigger branch with airy, street facing seating upstairs and plenty more downstairs with toilet facilities. Disabled access to the lower floor too. The pastry selection was beautifully presented. Good banter with the staff and great coffee and of course the cinnamon social was delicious. Busy but efficiently dealt with during a morning rush. My best Ole & Steen experience yet.

The two stars are for the toastie which was fine - I had the tuna and my friends the mushroom .
However, the place is seriously dirty . We had to clear the table ourselves and the toilets were in one word - disgusting . The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there - when I asked for tap water the lady said “maybe you will have to get yourself “
It’s a real shame as this chain has great potential- I hope this review is seen as constructive and a chance for the management to review and improve !
