Good n friendly faces with quick service

Terrible customer service,
The girl in charge needs to learn how to speak to customer.
I was trying to get the attention of the barista in training but they kept talking portuguese ignoring me. At some point she was annoyed by me and she whistled at me saying: ehi take it easy, he is in training!
I didn't even managed to speak at that point.
The coffee is so terrible because the guy does not have a clue and she does not do anything to help rather than constantly shout at him and chewing food behind the counter.
Shocking!

They mark the food with a green marker pen????? Disgusting!!! Very poor English... I will never buy food there again and I suggest if you don't want to get sick! Don't go there as well. Clearly they have no idea of food hygiene! Beware!!!

good coffee, fast service

Bought a flat white which was £2.50. Coffee tasted very bitter and not very nice.

Update 19 May 22: They recently changed staff and the new guy doesn’t know what he’s doing and isn’t polite like the previous couple who used to work here. Also unsure if they still sell the vegan roll. Disappointing

Always polite and quick. Their food is delicious and super cheap, why would you bother with Costa. Vegetarian and vegan options, they have baked pastries, sandwiches and filled subs. Best thing about travelling from Lewisham.
