Great local spot for lunch and coffee.

Nice lunch time ciabatta/panini options, with a good selection of fillings (see pictures). They also sell fresh pasta.

On one occasion they offered me their special jalapeño focaccia for my panini’s bread - I can recommend!

Friendly service. They take cash and card currently.

Selection of Italian groceries on sale too.

Had a number 8 panini (chicken escalope, parma ham and cheese) and was delicious! Nice staff and was quick to get my food, highly recommend

April 2022:

Don't waste your time coming here to eat pre-made food.

Ordered English breakfast with Omlette, beans and toast (vegetarian version), it came in takeaway box with beans poured over the Omlette which was from the counter. They don't care to make it fresh.

Just ruined my breakfast/brunch.

Would never visit again.

Would advise anyone to go further and eat at Manor House Garden cafe. They make fresh food.

Love this coffee shop, will miss it a lot when I'll move. Coffee is very good, they have a selection on fresh croissants and cakes every day. Bread and pastries aredelivered daily,I've seen it in the morning when I used to go to the office for my early shift. You can be sure that everything has not more than one working day. Luciano and the girls are absolutely adorable, they always spend a bit of time chatting with me and making me smiling. The difference between an average and a good business, above all in the hospitality, sits in great products offered and outstanding customer service

Vegan cake was clearly from a couple of days ago plus was shocked when I paid £4.25 for it, ridiculous price

Tip: Next door there’s a cute little cafe and flower shop with delicious homemade cake and french pastries

I have been here on several occasions and I must say the food is average at best. I have only eaten at lunchtime, so either one of their sandwiches or pasta. The sandwiches are ok, but the pasta is really bad. I tend to eat here out of convenience as it is close to the station but wouldn’t say I could recommend.

It is also very annoying they do not let dogs inside to allow you to order. I would understand if people are eating in here, but there are no tables or chairs inside so you literally just go in to place your order and you’re told to wait outside, so the dog would be nowhere near the food.

I also can’t say I’ve ever really been greeted by particularly friendly or cheerful staff.

Would go more often, but they don’t allow dogs in. Saw another person turned away because they had a dog. Crazy for a small business to be turning away potential customers.

On Friday lunchtime I was late and it had been a busy day for the Deli. They had run out of what I wanted. The ladies behind the counter went out of their way to get the missing ingredient. I left with a delicious lunch and that feeling you get when someone does something nice when they didn't have to!
