Cafe Delight

Just ordered a spanish omelette and iced coffee from them and felt that they really need a review - it was probably the best omelette I have had in a while, really lovely, decent portion and considering I was fussy and made a load of adjustments to the standard order they coped really well and followed my requests to the letter! I have never eaten in the premises but having now tried the food I will definitely be walking across for a visit once lockdown is over :D

Went here for a late breakfast (9.30) and it was empty. Staff very friendly. A good choice of set breakfasts (all with bread/toast and tea/coffee) or you can choose your own ingredients. Bacon, eggs and sausage are all very good not so keen on the bubble (but it was OK). But note, coffee is VERY strong. Toilets are clean.

When food came there was a minor discrepancy on the plate to what I ordered. So I ate the evidence, it tasted nice thou

Lovely experience, all employees have big smiles on their faces they are respectful,kind and are always greeting customers a happy welcome I really recommend coming because of this service. That was just the service the food is absolutely delicious the name really means it , the food was delightful would come again.

One of the worst cafes to eat from in the Lewisham area. Being right next to main Lewisham I really had high expectations. This is the most vile, grim and unprofessional place I have eaten from. I was skeptical when I received my food at first as there was a hair on there. These things happen so I didn’t think too much of it. Boy I should of listened to those red flags. Now I have been on the toilet for 2 days and counting. I haven’t had food poisoning like this since I was in school, and I’m a 37 year old male. Oh yeah my mrs has it too. Will not be recommending to anyone not even my worse enemy. Oh on top of that the people who run the shop are VERY rude. Not only from my experience but from others also. Good luck if you’re eating from here

A humble but truly authentic British cafe in every way. Insanely cheap and delicious food!

Unfortunately there is no ZERO star option otherwise it will be given to them. Ordered some food in Cafe Delight Lewisham using Just Eat platform. The order was accepted and the estimated delivery was given as
16:10-16:30. After waiting approx 30 minutes my order has been cancelled by the Cafe without any explanation. My debit card has been obviously charged in advance and refund not given yet... Avoid the so called 'Cafe Delight' like the plague!!!!! A bunch of cheats !!! AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID!

placed an order via UberEats this time, not being aware it is the same place who let me down one year earlier. Ordered 3 positions from their menu but 3 minutes after taking my money, they informed me they currently are out of stock 2 out of 3 ordered items :-) LOL - Initially I thought it must be a joke!!!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER to get close to this place. AVIOID like smell!!
