Bonne Bouche Chiswick

Came here for breakfast yesterday, absolutely shocked at such a bad attitude from the staff.
My mother ordered a full breakfast and I ordered a vegetarian breakfast. She (the waitress) did not ask us what type of bread we wanted and she gave my mother white bread. My mother complained and surprisingly, the woman said "well it's too late now" !
While we were waiting for the food to come, my mother asked the waitress if she could replace the sausages she was about to receive with chips and the waitress said that she will check if it's not too late and tell us straight away. She EITHER did NOT go and check and/or did NOT tell us at all. However, the food did come without the sausages later on - still very disappointing.
After the breakfast had finished and we wanted to order something else, we asked the waitress if we could order again, however she did not come back to see what we wanted but went onto a phone call and completely forgot about it while we waited. Then we asked another waitress who brought it much quicker.
The bread is not made in the cafe, all the bread is bought from a supermarket.

Absolutely shocked at such a bad attitude from the waitress. If you want to go to a cafe and be treated with respect, this is not the cafe for you.

We went here for brunch on a weekday.

The café wasn't particularly busy, but it still took a while for someone to take our order.

We both had the vegetarian breakfast. Meal prices have been reduced slightly, but no longer include a drink. Coffee and tea are between £1.60 and £2 extra plus soya milk at 40p.

The coffee is made by a dispenser, is a reasonable size and ok taste.

The food arrived around 10 minutes after the coffee. It was pretty good, although a vegetarian sausage isn't included. The side plate of buttered toast was very tasty, just note, the butter is the salted variety.

The service was average too, nothing to rave about, nor to criticise.

Overall, nothing to make me rush back here again; depends on whether the competition nearby is any better.

Great selection of pastry and sandwiches, the coffee is fantastic and the owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful.
I would go again and try the rest of the menu!

This is the best cafe food I have eaten in a long time, and love the fresh bread.

Had to get my motorcycle services and have its MOT at Chiswick Honda. Whilst I was waiting for my motorcycle, I headed straight to Bonne Bouche for Brunch. Its still a good choice.

This place is a different level I have had experienced of whole Package of quality of food Harmony of the taste and fantastic service.
I am going to become a regular customer.

This is a nice little cafe. I go here for breakfast and lunch sometimes. I actually really like this place and the staff are really nice and always professional. The service is really good and quick. Main seats are inside and they have some seating outside the cafe. The breakfast and lunch menu is fairly standard. But they have a rainbow array of cakes and desserts. Mouthwatering actually. They have a good selection of sandwiches, baguettes which are all gone by lunchtime. They have regular people buying or ordering cakes. I definitely recommend this place.

First time visiting since it changed name. There is no atmosphere, no music, the food is very average. The main issue is that they are clearly short-staffed and it shows. Many people had to wait ages for their food or drinks order to be taken. It’s clear the owners have put no effort into making this an enjoyable place to eat.
