When I'm in the area I like to have breakfast here. Breakfast is good and the view from the cafe window watching the world drive or walk by. In the warmer days outside at the kerb tables is nice.

Great local cafe for a full English breakfast or vegetarian alternative. Nice friendly owners too.

First visit after reading the good reviews. Fairly small cafe and better than the usual greasy spoons. Drinks took a while to arrive but they were very busy. But we were all very happy with our lunches - a huge roast lamb dinner, an halloumi wrap and an avocado & halloumi breakfast. Will definitely visit again. Sorry but 1 star less for wait for drinks but otherwise it was great!

Had a lovely breakfast here proper sausages thick bread toast and great coffee. Was greeted whith a smile .
Worth a visit

Visited recently and so glad this place has taken over the awful place that was here before.

The food was perfectly cooked, served hot and fresh.
The portion sizes are amazing and the cost was surprisingly low compared to how much you get on the plates.

The staff are really friendly, happy to accommodate changes due food allergies.

Will very happily be glad to go back!

Ive been coming here for 11 years as its the local one to were i live. Originally the food was beautiful, until they renovated. The staff are the same but the food is horrendous. Ive asked for a baguette with sausage and bacon at least 3 times. To which someone took left over food of someone's eaten plate cooked it and tried to serve it to me!! Take sway orders are never ever correct, its old food that's been sat on the side or taken of of someones plate from in the cafe. I asked for american pancakes with syrup, it was served SWIMMING with ants yes ants! To which i asked for a refund and was disgusted how you 'couldnt' see it crawling
Ive also been served 3 sets of RAW scampi. I kept going because the owner was wonderful. But wow what the hell has happened! I will no longer take my family of five, which we would go regularly and spend quite a bit of money. Really disappointed avoid
