Overpriced sugary milk no flavor to it, extremely appalling service, poor communication and customer service skills. Definitely will not come back here again ! £5.50 for a small slice of cake and strangely would only accept cash for the cakes and if you want to pay by card for the drinks it has very high minimum spend value. Avoid at any cost !! You can get better bubble tea in Newcastle center at a reasonable rate.

I don’t understand the other reviews. I’ve tried lots of bubble teas, and they taste completely fine from here. They only accept cash under £10, but it’s opposite a cash machine so not a problem.

They also have a good selection of green teas, and service is fast and efficient. I don’t understand how people could be overcharged when the prices are right in front of you.

Loads of delicious customisable options. No vegan milk options from what I could see but there are lots of juice/iced tea options. The one I got had lots of real pieces of fruit in.

Been to this place quite a few times. About a 5 min wait for drinks. The drinks have real fruit in them and taste nice :)

Great selection of drinks and friendly staff. Brown sugar fresh milk tea was always my favourite no matter where I go but ever since I tried avocado yoghurt at this place, it has become my very-much-unexpected new favourite drink. I'm glad there's always something new on the menu to try instead of just having a few simple flavours of milk tea and fruit tea like many other places I've seen. Definately on the expensive side but the drinks do taste amazing, and I'm just grateful that we actually HAVE a dedicated bubble tea shop in Durham centre in the first place. Was worried I'd have to go all the way to Newcastle every time I wanted a good bubble tea when I first moved, so this shop with its extensive menu is a total blessing.
Also they stock amazing little Asian cakes/side dishes and that's also a whole other blessing. Again, a bit overpriced, but I'm willing to pay the premium to satisfy my sudden little cravings for spicy chicken feet without even having to leave town centre!

I stood in line for 10 mins and finally when my turn came I was denied a drink because they don’t accept card below £10. This is understandable for a store but there was no sign of this rule mentioned anywhere and I wasted time waiting for my turn. To top it off the cashier was super impatient , did not even care to respond properly. Pathetic customer service.

Came in to get a bubble tea, only person waiting to be served. Stood there for ten minutes no acknowledgement of me being there or even a hello. Staff knew I was there waiting and still ignored me. No sorry we’ll be with you in a second. Really rude. I walked out and got a drink elsewhere.

Visited twice. First time had to leave to go to cash point to get cash and pay for the drink because I was paying for my own and my drink cost less than £10, obviously. Second time I forgot they had this stupid minimum spend rule, and when reminded I couldn't pay with my card as it was less than £10, I didnt bother getting cash and going back, so they lost out on a customer. Stupid that in 2023 businesses are still expecting customers to spend a minimum of £10 to use card payment.
