The service was good and the food was reasonable. The facilities are good, clean and smart. I was a little disappointed that they could not provide my choice of breakfast as they had run out of poached eggs, which are bought in pre-cooked. I ended up with a cooked breakfast, which was reasonable for the cost, although it promised roasted tomatoes and they were definitely from a tin.

Always a really good service as staff are really friendly.. Genuinely lovely people. The breakfasts are good. Not excellent but then again it's not a restaurant. Marks out of 10 would be a good 7. For food. Mark out of 10 for staff would be a solid 10

C' mon Tesco I'm not a Vegan but my wife is and we've noticed that there's not as much to choose from! Staff were really good and always have been! I wonder if you'll respond ?? 🤔

Took my son there the other day for a little treat because the school run. Explained he had a dairy allergy and asked if that had any vegan options. I wasn't offered 1 but a few different ones. Cakes as well and sandwiches, i was blown away with how many choices we was offered as money other places we get given 1 or 2. Definitely be returning. The safe was caring, kind and understood their stock what to offer

Arrived at 1pm today, Monday. Not at all pleased that lift is still not working, or not in use for whatever reason, been like that for 2 years, not at all helpful when you have shopping and children with disabilities needing to use the lift, not disabled friendly, it’s actually against the law not to provide suitable access. Cafe 2/3’s empty, yet waited 30 minutes in line just to order food. Staff seem unhappy, extremely slow at processing orders. Food arrived 52 minutes after ordering, portions ok for value, positive is that 2 children eat free when having adult meal. Just a shame about how long we had to wait, children really struggled, more staff or more capable staff is needed. I’m extremely surprised at how long it took for 5 basic meals to be prepared and served. Toilets not clean or soap available. Cafe tables well cleared and cleaned, but should be as hardly any customers sitting at them. A disgrace really, not a good experience!

Friendly staff but food disappointing overall, fish was very poor, chips were nice and mushy peas were average. Expected better, drinks are pricey as well! Morrisons cafe definitely miles more reliable!
