Customer service is TERRIBLE. Stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes whilst 2 staff were making a big order. Not once was I acknowledged with eye contact, a smile, 'Hello' or 'Be with you shortly'. When I was eventually served, there was no apology for the wait which is BASIC manners in the food and drink industry. I have zero problem waiting but I do have a problem with plain rudeness. I nearly walked out but wanted a drink so bad, I waited. I won't be going back.

This is a shame as the drink was nice. The system they use to make drinks needs big improvement e.g., instead of taking 1 order at a time and making it... take multiple orders, write the orders on the cups and then make them all. If you get 2 or more of the same order, make them all in one blender at once. Repeat. If two members of staff are working, one should be on the till and one should be making drinks. Once orders are taken, the person on the till can help with making drinks. This will keep people happier as it won't feel like they're being kept waiting as long. Lastly, acknowledge customers!!! We tend to appreciate that.

PS - I used to manage a very busy milkshake bar so I'm not just talking out of my arse regarding the feedback.

The boba was good, really sweet though , (I ordered strawberry bubble tea with tapioca pearls) but the wait was not. Took about 20 minutes but there was only one staff member and it was a bit busy. I would recommend on a warm day with about half an hour to spare to get it

The bubble tea is good but we have made the journey several times to a sign on the door saying that they were on a break. It doesn’t seem to matter what time you aim for, the place is shut. The wait times are longer than necessary and the service is terrible. If it wasn’t the only bubble tea place in the area, I wouldn’t waste my time coming here.

Really good selection of drinks but sometimes inconsistent.

I am not against taking breaks during work hours. But I came in at 2pm and saw a sign that they are on lunch until 3pm. There were 2 people inside chatting. Maybe they should alternate on breaks instead of closing the shop for at least an hour? Otherwise, please specify that you will permanantly close for lunch/break during specific times.

Amazing boba, good price but sometimes a very long wait, most of the staff is goid but one guy took over an hour dinking around and not taking all the orders, there was a girl who came in 30 minutes after us and left way before us, and the drinks weren't made properly, but other times the staff is amazing and polite

This was my first visit, and I got the brown sugar latte with strawberry jelly. It was super delicious, even if I was a little sad they were out of the strawberry tapioca. I'll just have to get that another day. The girls working were very sweet! I definitely recommend!

Brown sugar coffee latte is to die for, HOWEVER… when your hours say you open at 10am… be open at 10am and have everything ready. Twice I have come in at 10am and was told there was no coffee or anything ready yet and that I would have to wait. If you open at 10am, people should be in there prepping at 9am and ready to receive customers BY 10!!
