Loved the place.
Cute little coffee shop. Central location. Very friendly staff. Large portions. Tasty food. Outside seating available. Had a very good experience overall.

They are very helpful and serve fresh food with fresh salads. Very large portions and all made to order.

Jacket potato with beans served with mouldy grated cheese on the side, so good thing I tried it before I put it on my food. Told the waitress and she replaced with sliced cheese, although not that hard to go out and buy a block to shred. No apology from manager. Sadly had already paid. Very nice atmosphere, staff are ok but shocked by food standards. Friends however had nice sandwiches.

The area had been done up. Very impressed with what they had done. They have live music in the square too.

Been on holiday to Folkestone and on the last day me and my family decided to check in here for breakfast. The full English was delicious, the mushrooms well cooked, the bacon wasn't too dry nor too juicy, just perfect. Lovely staff and good customer service. I also want to say that since I arrived in Folkestone I've tried quite a few latte's from a range of cafés but the Market Square served me with the best Latte yet. Definitely recommend.

When you walk in, you would expect something decent, if you are going for a cake and drink, its okay.
I had scrambled eggs on toast, the eggs arrived, the eggs where pure white "no yolk" they were microwave prepared, value bread used for the toast.
I was with a few clients, no one finished half their meals.
We were told it is all home made, quality has been reduced due to cost, alternatively the chef and management have no idea on good quality food.

A fast food chain hamburger flipper can be classed as a chef, maybe this is where they learnt to cook as most of these chains keep the ingredients secret from staff, heated foods, this would explain the lack of understanding of quality ingredients and seasoning meals.
