Cafe Petit

Beautiful Petit cafe where lovely food and drinks served by very friendly people.

We visited Cafe Petit based on reviews, we were looking for a drink and snack mid afternoon. Cafe Petit is a charming and funky cafe, very welcoming and attentive owners. They offer a great selection of hot and cold drinks, we had tea and a selection of smoothies with our lunch and cakes. The Baklava looked amazing and I was very tempted by the Baklava cheesecake, other options were muffins, doughnuts, baguettes, and sandwiches with delicious fillings. It was perfect for us being away from the busy high street, it is convenient in the town but not in the thick of it, the other diners seemed to be locals which I think speaks volumes in a touristy town, well worth seeking out for a visit, we will be back very soon.

Such a sweet little cafe with impeccable service, the couple running it were ever so friendly. The food was a refreshingly unusual and delicious. Coffee was brilliant.

Just had an incredible souvlaki with my girlfriend from this cafe. At first glance you wouldn’t reckon this place does hot food but it was incredible! The owners are so nice and just from observation put a lot of effort into the food they cook. This is actually my first google review and am just writing it because this place is so good and seems like it’s new so hope it helps get it a bit of attention.

Absolutely loved this cafe and the friendly people.
We were looking for a coffee around 5.30pm and everything was shut. Many thanks to this cafe, we got the best coffee, tea and yummy homemade brownie. We were really impressed by the brownie that we took extra as take away too. We didn't have any wraps as we were full, but they were smelling and looking yum.
The owners are really nice and friendly, overall a great vibe. Definitely recommended!❤️

100% recommend Cafe petit to everyone that comes to Rye! Food is amazing, we always go for the Gyros but it all looks so good. The owners are really friendly and put in a lot of effort.

Really good coffee, had a chicken hotdog too- nice food! Lovely couple running the place - Totally deserve all the praise they get. All the best for the future.

To repeat everyone else, wow. Amazing food with lovely owners, you really can't go wrong at cafe petit! Definitely my favourite takeaway in Rye
