Caffe Vita

Stunning Antipasto & baguette, staff are relinquishingly benevolent & pleasant, also rather rapid. The price is acceptable for the quality and the selection is very wide, seating is fairly mediocre but there are not usually too many people seated. The iced latte however is severely mediocre, could do better.

Great place, nice relaxed atmosphere, good food and staff. Enjoyed our visit. We had veg and std breakfast, both good, excellent meat sausage. Our visit was midday on a Tuesday. See you soon

If I could I would give 0 stars!!

We were about to sit down 4 us in a nice shade to get a lovely coffee and juice, maybe something to eat.

2 of us had a coffee cup in their hand which they have purchased from somewhere else.

We were giving our order to the waitress, who just let us know they are not serving food at the moment, when the manager stormed out and on it's way to the other customers he started rudely stating we need to leave, because we haven't purchased the coffee from them.
We tried to explain we are just placing our order, but he rudely and loudly said if we throw out the cups we arrived with then they can serve us otherwise we are not welcomed.

I understand they have a policy you can only drink what you have purchased from them, but it could be communicated in a way nicely and professional way. All customers were shocked and the waitress apologised for her manager's behaviour.

I have worked in hospitality and this is not how you treat your customers.

Went here on Sunday whilst at the rugby bike fest. After a long look at the menu I decided on a bacon muffin and a cup of tea. When it arrived I was disappointed with how it looked, so lifted the top to see about 4 very short slices of streaky bacon which I could see thru. The result was I couldn't taste the bacon. The tea tasted ok but cups where stained and only got 1 small pot of milk for 2 pots of tea. So very disappointed and will not return.

We visited here for the first time today. It was clean and tidy with high chairs available. The cafe lacked atmosphere and felt quite unwelcoming.

The waitress was polite but not particularly friendly.

The food was very basic and wasn’t the best quality and presentation left somewhat to be desired.

We hadn’t finished packing up our stuff when the table was cleared and our tea removed which hadn’t been finished as putting a child in pushchair.

All in all, it was a disappointing visit and we won’t be returning.

We had lovely tasty crepes but a shame portion size is small. If you go with baby be aware there is no changing table available. Staff are attentive, but not busy when we went.
