Poppy's Place Cafe

Lovely little cafe with staff who are up for a laugh and a bit of banter. All day breakfast, fantastic value. I've paid twice as much for stuff that wasn't half as good. Well worth dropping in and grabbing something to go if you haven't got time to stop and eat in.
On top of everything else, you're supporting a local business run by a local business man, not some big franchised chain. Long may it continue to serve.

I work in the area and frequent this cafe once or twice a week. Fast friendly service. Good tasty locally sourced food. Good choice of meals on the menu and a seasonal menu board. John and his staff are good local people and a fountain of knowledge on the area. Pop in for good food with good banter

What a gem of a place! Recently had our breakfast here. Food tasty and hot. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Offered alternatives on unwanted breakfast items! Very clean . Will definitely return when in area

Staff friendly and up for a chat. Dog friendly and even give dogs a treat. Coffee’s included with your breakfast which was nice to see as I’m so use to paying for them everywhere these days. Happy to go back again :)
