Not very friendly. Half our before closing started to put chairs up onto vacant tables, giving a very please move on message. Nice piece of carrot cake though.

It's worth reading recent reviews of this place. All good reviews are years ago.

Very strange, wouldn't let us feed our 1 year old with food we brought with us. Had to sit outside with no child seat. Staff member said something about allergy rules after, never heard of it. Weird place with strange atmosphere, could be a really nice place.

The cafe is easy to find with free parking in various locations around it.

We ordered a coffee and tea, with two ham and cheese paninis. The drinks were great, the paninis were plain (no salad on the plate) but unfortunately the ham in both was very hard to eat so had to leave it. The bill was £15.25.

We also bought two Kitkats which were £1.25 each.

The cafe is clean and also sells ice creams and cakes and a couple of breakfast options too.

It’s in a great location for people visiting the park.

Had a lovely lunch here. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and were so welcoming. Lovely food. So glad we arranged to meet for birthday celebrations here!

No food available except sausage roll (meat only) expensive for average coffees, with no lids or cup sleeves.
Charged extra for alternative milks.
Only one poor member of staff during school holidays, which created a wait to order.
The staff member was very nice and helpful.

Very unfriendly staff. I have been here numerous times recently and every time I’ve not had a welcoming interaction. Not a very nice atmosphere and expensive for a very average hot drink. Such a shame as so much potential with the location.

The food and prices are kind of what's expected from a country park cafe, but the service is slow and devoid of any joy. Kind of reminds me of the pizza restaurant in the film Trolls. If the company's ok, in sure you'll make the best of it.

This is such a waste of a Cafe the location is great for dog walkers. Unfortunately the food is overpriced for the basic food which is on offer. Last time we when in there we couldn't drink the takeaway coffees we got a they were so dreadful. We live in lightwater but have to go to Heather farm if we want to go for a coffee with our dog.
The staff are so miserable and make you feel like an inconvenience when you order, although there was a younger chap working in there a while a go who was quite nice.
