Fantastic meal, had the Chicken and Avocado salad alongside the Prawn Box. Perfectly cooked and prepared, along with outstanding service. Fully recommend a visit

One of the nicest places to eat in thanet by a long way. Their homemade burgers are delicious, roasts are amazing and cakes are second to none. Friendly staff who go out of their way to please, lovely location and great food make it somewhere perfect for all!

Have tried to eat here a few times without success as they've been so busy. Successful today and it was worth the wait. Very enjoyable with lovely staff.

If you only order one thing at Julia’s, make sure it’s the bona fide, utterly brilliant cheeseburger. It’s the stuff of dreams, a sloppy, messy thing comprising of a thin and juicy chargrilled patty made from Fresh local butchers fine beef, with accompaniments in the shape of melted cheese, burger sauce and finely minced onion – plus a heap of homemade Slaw like something your granny would make. You’ll be swooning after the first mouthful.

Don’t get me started on the fries

The only real strawberry milkshake I have come across that beats all others. Yes five guys included.

I drooped by for Sunday lunch on the off chance quite late. It was busy but a few seats available and service was fast.. They still had a choice of 3 meats. Very friendly welcome. Dog friendly. He was offered a biscuit and bowl of water, and there was space for him to sit down out of the way

I thought the food was absolutely lovely, the beef cooked perfectly, a touch of red in the middle but not overcooked at the edges. Piping hot, veggies not overcooked. Parsnips nice. And the Yorkshire crispy... I could not fault anything.

I wasn't local (Margate) and it does appear that lots of people knew each other, it was very relaxed and it was first names but everyone was very welcoming and friendly to me and the dog. Not sure what the last review was about.....:-( I didn't try the puddings ( choice of 2)

Lovely cafe. Very well deserving of a very high rating. We will definitely be back

Popped in for a roast dinner today with my wife. We were served a truly delicious meal with perfectly cooked vegetables, very tasty meat, plenty of gravy and a very generous serving. Desert was equally delicious being fruit pie served with cream and ice cream. The staff were all super friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. We were not alone as there were plenty of happy diners.

Great little American style dinner. The crispy chicken burger and veggie burger me and my wife had were great. The kids meal portions were massive, they could have easily shared 1eal between them. There was a bit of a wait for food, took about 40 mins but everything was fresh and hot when brought out.

Julia's is one of our family's favourite places to visit to eat. We enjoyed an amazing roast last week and have had take aways, and milkshakes. All have been top quality. The service is outstanding and all the staff are really friendly. I would definitely recommend a visit+
