Cool Beans Coffee Bar

One of the best ham and cheese toasties that I've had. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait and a sign of how popular/busy they were. Friendly staff and good value.

The coffee is very nice. The breakfast was ok, but the sausage seemed like they'd been warmed up from the previous day ?

Great food. Generous portions. Great coffe. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere all at a very reasonable price. A must if you are in Modbury :-)
