Hands down the worst service I had, and poor trained staff. Says a lot as I used to work at costa!!!!!!!!! They also managed to mess up the order asked for a mocha and there was 0 chocolate powder in in

Terrible service. The manager today is miserable. No hello, no smile, no thank you. Half way through order she has a go at her staff in visible view from customers. Obviously her staff are now miserable too and subject their lack of enthusiasm to the customer. I was handed a large coffee when I ordered a small and when I asked if it was an oatmilk latte, she just looked at me and walked away then sniggered with two other staff members while still staring at me. Very strange behaviour. Certainly not Costa standards.
