Quality, tasty food (apart from the rubbery fried egg), friendly staff but what a wait for the service and food it was!

Appreciate they could have been busier than usual and perhaps a member of staff down but a 40 min wait with a little one was a stretch.

A nice selection of meals and snacks. Food was reasonable and tasty. Staff were very nice, friendly and considering that they were numerous staff members short the service was quite prompt. Overall a great experience.

Have eaten here many times over the years and also taken away. Always impressed by friendly staff and great food. They're now open on Sundays which is excellent for me and my partner to grab a coffee and a bite on our way through. Love the redesign bringing a modern feel with no sacrifice to the food I've always loved! 11/5 stars for me.

Couldn’t believe my visit to this place. Cued up and told to sit at a table. Waited a while to be served. Ordered two coffees and a bacon roll. The bacon roll costing £4 had only two rashers of bacon and just tasted like bread with the lack of meat. Was served with 4 crisps which didn’t justify the price in the slightest. The two coffees ordered were nice however were tiny. For two tiny coffees and roll with a small amount of bacon and being charged £9 I definitely will not be coming back here again. Have left hungry and unsatisfied. If you like overpriced small amounts of food and beverages then this will be the place for you otherwise I would avoid

A significant step up from the transport cafe' of greasy food, and weak teas we probably remember while travelling around the UK. This place has a menu that will suit every taste, from the full English to the more healthy options we're advised to have occasionally. I recently visited on recommendation, and will definitely return when time allows. Excellent.

Unfortunately a disappointing visit. We didn’t make it to ordering as the staff were so rude. Not one for new mums and friends. We were greeted by being told that the lady didn’t have time for us and our three buggy’s, and jeered at being called the buggy club. Appreciate the venue is a small venue, but it does claim to be “good for kids” and buggy friendly. I’d urge the restaurant to consider how they would react if three wheelchair users were to visit, and remove child friendly from their google page. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

A delightful roadside cafe with a wonderful varied menu. We three each had our favourite dish, Eggs Benedict, Cheese and .Mushroom Omelette and Ham, Eggs and Chips. All were cooked to perfection and good portions. Costs were reasonable. They were busy and service a little slow, but they were short-staffed as is common today! If only this cafe were near to where we live!
