I visit fairly often. Amazing shakes and wide range of flavors, they also do frozen yogurts and shaved ice. The staff are all very friendly. The manager, Shehan is always very chatty and gives great recommendations. Does get fairly busy, especially on weekends but is definitely worth the wait.

We have used this shop a couple of times hoping it was simply that we'd arrived late in the day.. But no its awful no matter what time you get there. Staff are surly and unhelpful. They barely said a word, couldn't answer a question and chatted to each other before dumping our drinks in front of us. If your client is in a wheelchair and your counter is tall you might want to try helping instead of standing there looking bemused!! The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired too. We gave them a chance but won't be returning.

No banana, No Pecan, thats after they have taken your money and your order £28 for 5 milshakes. Also heard them gossip that they would swap the pecan for peanut butter which I'm sure is either dangerous or illegal. Otherwise the orio milshake & dave was nice. Just the rest of the fam were a little deflated.

Topping and presentation is amazing.
Super friendly staff.
The only issue we had is that the flavour (caramel galaxy and milky bar)
Weren't well blended. Still had multiple full squares of milky bar in the bottom.

Milkshakes are generally very average and flavourless. The ones based on chocolate bars just seem to be blended with ice cream with blocks of the bar left at the bottom.

Located inside Guildford Friary shop by the entrance alley from the carpark.
Milkshake re-invented; I've tried the callum and it was creamy and scrumptious and crunchy. I enjoyed the other types with my kids. But remember too sweet and you may need to share it in between two.
Friendly and very helpful staff; ready to go the extra mile. Always look forward to try again their re-inventions. It is a must try.
