Very friendly and helpful staff - They provided me with hot milk for my 1 year old free of charge which was hugely appreciated as it is often difficult to get this when travelling on long journeys. Thank you!

My pasty was cold but that's nothing new, I knew what I was buying, I haven't had a warm pasty at any Greggs in about 5 years!! Fantastic choices for vegans too - Keep adding the vegan options, very appreciated.

Horrible customer service. Went back after 2 weeks same thing happened again today.
Sold me a cold cheese and onion bake. When I told them it’s cold his response was ‘There’s nothing I can do’
If I wanted to eat done thing cold I wouldn’t go to Greggs!
No impressed at all.

Shock ! NO pasties at Greggs !! 🤣🤣
“We don’t sell pasties, as we are a franchise” she’s said !!! This shop is EXPENSIVE compared to real Greggs shops, so BEST AVOID. Lyde Road in Bridgwater is five mins away with lovely pasties available and a better service :-))
I’m never coming back to Dunball :-((

Food and coffee as always consistant across the chain. However the app is a joke, it was the last time I tried to use it and it seems to be no better now. Both times I have tried to se it at Dunball services it hasn't worked properly. Frustrating customers isa sure way to lose them.

Don't even go there. They provide picnic tables to eat your food but forget to tell you that you'll get a £60 fine if you take longer than 30 minutes to buy and eat it.
