We have a delivery at work every Friday without fail. Food always turns up fresh and hot and hits the spot every time! An absolute must for local businesses in the area!

Warm and friendly welcome. Home made Lasagne and home made chips was absolutely delicious, the best I have ever had and is highly recommended.

Stopped in to grab a coffee and bacon cob after a run down the river. Both were delicious, good sized cob and nice thick bacon. Perfect Friday morning pick me up. Nice decor and friendly staff, would be nice spot to sit in once allowed again.

Have to say had a lovely bacon and egg cob done to perfection after saying how I like bacon and egg. Latte very nice and staff very helpful. Diffo coming back. Lots of space for safe distancing. Modern chic place

Very expensive £3.50 for sos & tom cob. Be warned!! Not tin tomatoes but sliced. Burnt sausage hard cob. The silly sausage across the road is £2.30 for the same & far better. It's an industrial area not really suitable for a bistro expensive coffee house.
Sorry guys but will not be back.
Very contemporary decor though.

Meadow lane cafe has just had a change of ownership and a complete makeover , and wow what a makeover ! , the old drab rundown cafe is no more and it has been completely changed to a very tasteful, modern and aesthetically pleasing Place to eat.

Called in on Monday 29th as we saw when we were driving past hat it was open and offering a take out menu , spoke to the owners who were very polite and welcoming and obviously very excited about their new venture.
Rob & Jade explained how all the food was sourced locally and was of a high standard , we ordered the sausage and egg muffin (like
McDonald’s but 100 times better ! ) and coffee’s

The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic , very tasty and you could tell the produce used was great quality and it was worth every penny and incidentally it was not expensive !

It was that good that we intend to visit again next week once restrictions are lifted and we can eat inside.

The new owners have obviously invested a great deal of time , effort and money into what was an outdated run of the mill ‘greasy spoon’ and turned it into somewhere that anybody would find it a pleasure to eat in.

Thank you Rob & Jade for opening a great place and serving great food , I am sure it will work out for you both , see you very soon.

First time for a long time I have been for a ham cob and there was ham in it and it was plentiful, plenty of ham and even my labourer commented on how much ham was in it, went back today, more ham and the other lad who was with me commented that his pulled pork cob was the best he had, and he is thick but managed to put a sentence together without any prompting so I thought only right this cafe should have a brilliant review, looking forward to a breakfast tomorrow.

Nice little cafe. I've only stopped to get a coffee a few times, but staff are friendly, and the decor is really nice.
