The staff here are really lovely! We needed to feed my baby sister and it was approaching closing time but they were very understanding and weren't rushing us out at all. They have very nice sweet things to go with tea and coffee.

There is a modern interior and outside seating available as well. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone. The menu has a wide selection of lunch items and there are lots of soft drinks and some hard drinks. They also serve Thornton's ice cream and sell Thornton's chocolates.

Card payments and contactless are available here. Reasonable prices on items as well.

Whilst visiting Loch Lomond National Park and Balloch Castle we visited here as the eating options were limited. From the start the cafe was an arena of chaos. There were no social distancing and people were running all over the place. We had a group of 22 people and they were unsuccessful in both taking our orders properly and seating us. The staff were utterly rude and unwelcoming and behaved us if they were giving us free hand outs despite us paying ridiculous prices for a sandwich!

The food was mediocre, nothing wow for a sandwich and nothing I would pay £5.80 for! If your in the area best avoid and try the fish and chips shop near the car park.

Had the best customer service I've ever had in any cafe ever, each member of the team greeting customers with genuine friendliness and warmth. Added to that I had THE best breakfast roll ever!! ( Bacon & Egg) thouroughly recommend this place if your down Lomond Shores way.

Waited 20 minutes approx. for cup of tea. Worst service. Seems like they forgot to put the order in queue. Wish there were 'zero' stars. No going back.

My family and I came to Loch Lomond on Friday. We were due on a boat trip at three o’clock but got there early so decided to go to sea life, which was a fantastic experience. We had a 3 year old and a 7 year old that was rather hungry after that so we went to the cafe, we arrived by two pm and got our order taken rather quickly which were 3 baked potatoes and a toasties for the adults and 2 toasties for the children the food took 45 mins to arrive and the children's toasties didn’t even come, we said to the lady taking our order that the kids wanted the cheese toasties so for the life of me, I don’t know why they didn’t write down the order accurately. We should have had the kids’ toasties for free but they made us pay for them even though they were clearly in the wrong. I totally understand that they were busy and it is a tourist attraction at the end of the day but it is unacceptable and they need to hire more staff, if they are struggling to meet the influx of customers/tourists who will naturally descend there. Not good enough. This resulted in us missing our boat trip and loosing out on 60 odd pounds that will not be refunded

Staff were polite but service and food was pretty bad. Don't go here for food, the coffees were good and quite quick.

Full summary: Ordered 2 baked potatoes, come back 5 min later to say they were out of potatoes. Ordered 2 lentil soups and a toastie instead, get asked to pay before we got the food which was a bit strange. As soon as we paid, they told us there is no ginger beer and no lentil soup left, is chicken noodle ok? We just wanted food so say yes, but end up waiting ages for the order. The food that arrived was not great. The "crusty" roll with the soup is two slices of cheap white bread, soup was fine, toastie was fine. The two coffees were good and came quite quickly.

Cannot fault it. I got various ice creams from the front of shop ice cream trolley.

There was a range of flavours and tasters was offered!

The scopes were large and the ice cream lad was friendly and helpful.

Good quality ice cream, good portions and fair value for money.

Not very impressed. £5.95 for 2 slices of wafer thin white bread with some Tuna Mayo! Rip off. Service was slow too. Seemed to be plenty of staff but had finished our coffee before our sandwiches came. Won’t be rushing back.
