Good meeting place very friendly Welsh speaking staff but one fault business people cannot charge their laptops etc and could do with few comfortable setees and the deco needs a bit of colour.8 out of 10.

The cafe is upstairs away from the hustle and bustle of the shop. It is well staffed and the area is spotlessly clean. The meals/drinks are served to you by friendly and professional waitresses. A perfect place to pass the time whilst waiting for the bus/train.

The space itself is really lovely. Bought some gorgeous bowls. Had a fab lunch at the upstairs cafe - beautiful open and inviting space that I could have comfortably sat in for hours while people watching the street below. And the food was fresh and delicious.

We had a really good cup of coffee in this bright and airy café. The staff were friendly and courteous. We didn't eat but the food being delivered to others looked lovely. Would have got 5 ☆ but for the fact it's on the 1st floor (of a really tempting housewares shop) and the lift wasn't available for disabled folk. The stairs are challenging.

I'm giving one star as there was no option to give any lower!
Asked to see the Gluten free options as my wife has a gluten allergy, someone came over thrust a printed booklet at us and said to save you and me time have a read through that....doesn't make anyone feel special that....going through the booklet I became apparent that there was 1 option...a Greek salad!
Other than the original encounter with staff they were pleasant enough and there was limited choices for the children which is a blessing. If I'm honest if the review was only on the staff and the quality of the food then it would be higher but in 2021 to have a Greek salad as the ONLY gluten free option is just not good enough.

A lovely place for lunch. Contemporary decor and efficient service. My smoked haddock chowder was delicious and my husband declared his chicken wrap amazing! We will be back.
