Ruby's Delightfully Indulgent

Oh my - what an amazing cafe. You have got to go to this place. We sat outside and as we had our sausage dog Dellboy with us and we were welcomed inside as dogs were most welcome. The staff made a massive fuss of Dellboy and gave him dog friendly ice cream. We had the cream tea with jam - omg absolutely gorgeous.
The staff were super friendly and we had an amazing cuppa. Lots to choose from and lovely decor too. Highly highly recommend - if there was a choice for 10 stars I would give 10. Spot on and thanks for the coffee and Dellboy says thanks for the ice cream 🐾

Manager (guessing she was the manager) was unpleasant from the moment we walked in. We felt sorry for the staff as they sheepishly tiptoed around her. I got asked if food/drinks was for our table multiple times as nobody had any idea who ordered what.
Hot chocolate was cold and came out way after we had finished our tea cake. Will not be going back again!

Divine cakes, lemon and blueberry so light, then peanut butter and chocolate. Recommended and the staff, and the 80s music all added

Absolutely fab!! Went with my sister recently, customer service was 15/10, server was so so nice! Ice cream itself was delicious, i had toffee and banoffee, my sister had salted caramel, we both enjoyed!! Will be coming here again soon!!

We had some delicious ice creams here yesterday and were served by a gentleman with fantastic customer service. He was so friendly, warm and helpful and absolutely made our visit. Thankyou very much!
