The village cafe

One star for cleanliness and polite staff. Food was awfully. Omelettes were swimming in grease, sausages tasted cheap. Beans were watery. Yorkshire pudding rock hard could not cut it and oven chips tasted as if they had been stood in oil. To say the least don't think we will be going again. 4 of us had upset stomachs after we are there.

Lovely cafe run by the very lovely Tammy. Lots of sausage bacon and breakfast baps were taken away and enjoyed by us all. Thank you, we will be back next time we are passing through!

Decent food at a reasonable price. First time I've visited as keep forgetting it's there. Definitely not disappointed and will definitely return, probably a little more than I should. Would definitely recommend 🙂

OK, not best breakfast I've had. Local and not badly priced.

Love the breakfast here but unfortunately it's closing down for good soon due to the hike in electricity. So sad as the owner has tried everything to stay open.

Italian meatballs and pasta WOW followed by school days cake and custard, oh how those memories flooded back "very sweet indeed".
I'll definitely be calling back to try the liver and onions as this is a gem of a place.for some proper food. Well done all.

Their food is always scrumptious and is really well priced.. I have the breakfast quite alot but I tried the large breakfast and it was absolutely amazing!!!!

Been this place several times and never disappointed. Breakfast is allwase good and the children love the milkshakes.
