Kim's Gegin Fach

No welcome at all when we arrived. We sat at a table and studied the menu on the wall. We were conscious that there was a man , two feet away behind the counter, grim faced and staring at us. I asked for two breakfasts and he turned, walked away and started cooking. A waitress took our drinks orders, removed two used mugs from the table and said she would return to clean the table. The table remained uncleaned. Our meals arrived and were placed on the table with no communication and the man arrived a few minutes later with the toast. Again, not a word, not even a smile. The food was of very poor quality and taste, matched only by the quality of the service. We paid the bill with no thanks offered by Mr Personality and we left. A really dreadful dining experience. Gegin Fach? Byth eto! (Never again!)

Will not eat at this place, a pigeon allowed to walk between tables. Health inspector should be notified

I used to absolutely love coming here for food but I've not been coming here anymore due to a very rude gent. The first time I was served by this gent some few months ago I ordered a bacon roll and I had to ask him to stop cooking my bacon it was that over cooked on this same occasion my friend had ordered a breakfast which took ages for him to make and it was also wrong. The second occasion we asked the gent if he was still serving and he rudely shut us down with a no. 3rd occasion was yesterday we asked if he was still serving we were told no by the vent but the kind lady charlotte served us because it was not time to stop serving which I really tha know her for, the vent is so rude its unreal I really do not think he should be working in customer service.

Great food. Kind staff. Never had a bad experience tbh in all the time I've been going there. The lady that runs the stall has worked there over 20 years. She's always been great with customers and also with the food.

The bacon is undercooked from Tesco and straight from the freezer chips were cold on my mates dish large chips are are the same as a regular

Me, my mum and brother went into the cafe and sat down, there was a man who served us and immediately he was rude, my mum said "Hi" and he just glared at her, my mum then ordered the food and he didn't acknowledge her at all and he walked off to make our food, we noticed not one of the staff members were wearing masks and were not at all socially distanced, to be fair the food was very quick to arrive but when it did I found quite a bit of fluff on the top of my drink, I hate to make this a bad review as the rest of the staff are lovely but I won't be going there for a while.
